Taylor Wessing is a global law firm seeking a Senior Partnership Tax Manager to lead and deliver tax compliance for the LLP, its Members and Corporate entities in London.

Requirements

• Leading and delivering the tax compliance cycle for the LLP, its Members and Corporate entities
• Managing the preparation of UK LLP and UK Corporation tax computations
• Managing individual member tax returns
• Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and tax payments
• Handling HMRC correspondence
• Delivering Member annual tax statements
• Providing responses to Member queries
• Managing the preparation of the PAYE Settlement Agreement
• Monitoring tax environment and legislative developments
• Identification of process and control improvements
