We are seeking a highly capable Workplace Project Manager to join our Property & Workplace team at a pivotal moment in our firmâs journey, as we transition through merger to become Winston Taylorâone of the worldâs largest transatlantic law firms.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering property or workplace projects within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong track record managing office fit-outs, refurbishments and relocations in occupied buildings.
- Understanding of legal sector requirements including confidentiality, security, partner engagement, and clientâfacing workplace considerations.
- Solid knowledge of construction and fitâout processes, procurement routes, and consultant/contractor management.
- Awareness of modern workplace strategies, hybrid working models, and how physical space supports legal practice and collaboration.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastâpaced environment.
