Job Description
We're looking for a Member Services Representative to provide a positive member experience by offering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Requirements
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all front desk related activities including: answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members.
- Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts, respond to member questions and concerns, and assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
