Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to provide a positive member experience and exceptional customer service to its members, prospective members, and guests.

Requirements

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members.
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily assigned tasks, priority cleaning list, and walk-around and bathroom checks.
