Job Description
Planet Fitness is looking for a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED equivalent, customer service background, and basic computer proficiency. They will be responsible for greeting members, handling front desk activities, facilitating member updates, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
