Distribution Center Manager

The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for day-to-day operational excellence of the site, ensuring consistent application of standard operating procedures & policies and Key Performance Indicators are achieved. This role is responsible for site financials including P&L management and will lead and manage all employment related activity for site team members.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or other related disciplines
• Demonstrated management experience including leadership and motivational ability
• Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of Lean methodology
• Safety 1st Mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds while bending and twisting
• Must maintain a current driver’s license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends, as needed
