Job Description
Join a well-established bank with a start-up culture as a Retail Credit Cards Risk Lead. In this role, you'll take ownership of the risk strategies that power our Credit Card business, lead the implementation of our Credit Risk strategy, and optimize risk management processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in Retail Credit Risk management
- A degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Strong knowledge of Retail Risk frameworks and proven experience implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Confidence in monitoring and interpreting key risk indicators to support business goals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and SQL (knowledge of other analytical tools is a plus)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
