TBO is an interdisciplinary team of product strategists and creatives, makers and developers.
You conduct reviews of professional requirements and create test concepts and test cases based on these requirements and technical documentation.
You are a stable team member in product and project development throughout the entire project phase, from idea generation to production and launch of the finished product.
You are the contact person for all quality and performance issues.
You follow the risk-based testing approach.
In addition to executing manual tests, you also take care of the result analysis, error documentation and error management.
Documentation and reporting of test results with final assessment of the quality status are also part of your responsibilities.
Optional: You work on the development of automated tests for Web (Frontend and Backend systems) and also Apps (iOS and Android).
Closed exchange with colleagues from User Research, Concept and Software Development.
Evaluation and research of innovative technologies in all digital areas.
3+ years of testing and QA experience
Completed IT training and/or further studies (IT, Computer Science)
Experience in agile software development
Experience in test case specification or test automation (ideally ISTQB-certified)
Enjoyment of QA systems and teamwork + ambition for further development
Desirable: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java and Swift
Feeling for the requirements of users, stakeholders and customers
Very good communication skills, not least to be able to convey within the team (and to the customers)
Independent working style
Thinking and working in a team
Notably relevant contribution to successful digital projects
Optimally: Experience with products for media and cultural institutions
