Group Connections Director

The Group Connections Director will navigate complex business challenges, craft exceptional Connections strategies, guide creative, grow the team & practice, provide POVs in a quick, efficient manner, distill information into key themes and takeaways, actively contribute and bring their voice to the table, be a resourceful & solution-oriented individual, brave change agent, radical collaborator, vision, cultural provocateur, self-starter, and people champion.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in media planning or communications planning
• Exceptional Connections strategy outputs
• Ability to own and lead internal and external workshops and brainstorms
• Experience managing across multiple clients and teams
• Ability to build strong relationships across agency leads and create growth opportunities for Connections
