Job Description
Determined, imaginative, curious individuals can apply for this 12-month contract Legal Counsel position at TC Energy, where they will provide high caliber legal work and work closely with the in-house team.
Requirements
- Provide legal support and representation on corporate matters
- Support ongoing subsidiary, joint venture and internal committee governance
- Provide legal support for ongoing continuous disclosure obligations
- Draft, review and negotiate documentation related to public offerings
- Assist in the development, execution and interpretation of corporate policies
