Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, and will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions.

Requirements

• Experience processing payroll with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (or ability to learn quickly)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support a diverse workforce
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
