Job Description
The role involves delivering solutions rather than problems for customers after the purchase. As the central contact person in the after-sales department, you'll represent the interests of our customers internally and contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Initial experience in customer-oriented processes
- Team spirit and clear, professional communication
- Structured, careful, and service-oriented working style
- Good organizational skills and secure time and priority management
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience with SAP R/3
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
