TD SYNNEX Canada is seeking a Business System Engineer to analyze, design, and implement complex business systems to optimize operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives. The role requires a strong technical focus, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in system development methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business System Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role with a strong technical focus
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, system design, development, and implementation
- Strong understanding of various system development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Visio)
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other large-scale business applications is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and French, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
