Director, Cybersecurity Iberia

Director, Cybersecurity Iberia role involves defining and executing the Cybersecurity business unit strategy in Iberia, leading the relationship with key manufacturers and partners, and growing the team to achieve objectives. The selected person will work closely with European and Iberian leadership to drive the positioning and growth of the Cybersecurity area in the market.

Requirements

• Solid experience in director-level roles with direct responsibility for P&L
• Strong strategic orientation and ability to execute in complex environments
• Experience in the IT sector, ideally in Cybersecurity or Advanced Solutions
• Demonstrated ability in commercial negotiation and business development
• Experience in team management and development, including senior profiles
• High influence and stakeholder management capabilities at multiple levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented
• Fluent English and Spanish
