The Director, Human Resources is a senior-level business partner responsible for providing effective, comprehensive, and professional Human Resources services to all departments. The role requires developing and implementing strategic HR priorities in support of business strategy and annual business objectives, and providing guidance and challenges management coworkers to ensure they effectively manage change within the organization.

• Develops and implements strategic HR priorities in support of business strategy and annual business objectives
• Provides guidance and challenges management coworkers to ensure they effectively manage change within the organization
• Builds credible relationships with key management, business stakeholders, and peers globally by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business
• Reviews HR processes to continuously improve the HR services by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
• Partners with the global and regional HR functions to deliver effective human resources initiatives and achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Identifies, analyzes, and implements solutions to complex employee relations problems
