Job Description
Inside Sales Specialist responsible for driving sales, front end margin and GP, and building excellent customer relationships. The role involves managing the whole sales cycle process, working closely with internal teams, and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma and above
- At least minimum experience in IT industry
- Good with indoor sales experience
- Prepare quotation, order entry, customer relationship management
- Knowledge of relevant products (desirable but not essential)
- IT industry knowledge (desirable but not essential)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
