IT Manager - Application Development

TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for the development and evolution of the Goldmine and Horizon platforms. The role requires a strong software application background to guide technical decisions and lead the team effectively. The IT Manager will manage a team of 8+ engineers working across Java,.NET, Angular, and T-SQL, delivering business-critical solutions used by Category Management, Purchasing, and Profitability teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Manager / Engineering Manager / Application Manager
• Background in software development (Java,.NET or similar)
• Experience managing engineering teams in complex environments
• Strong understanding of data-driven applications (SQL, pricing logic, product data systems)
• Ability to lead technical teams without being hands-on
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
