Requirements
- Manage and process customer orders through the shared system.
- Communicate with customers via email only for order-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Credit, Sales, Logistics) when orders require follow-up.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and tracking.
- Support the Sales Operations team in daily administrative and back-office tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to distribute and manage incoming order volume.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
