Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Sales Operations Team Leader to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer outcomes at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in leading a high-performing team, managing priorities, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements
- Support workload planning and daily priority management
- Role-model Sales Operational Excellence
- Monitor customer SLAs
- Act as subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools
- Support Sales Operations training
- Assist with delivery and administration of business incentives
- Act as first point of contact for internal and customer escalations
- Build strong working relationships with Internal Sales Management team
- Coach, guide and motivate team members
- Deputise for Sales Operations Manager when required
