Senior Manager, Financial Control

This role will lead 4 key aspects of financial controlling function, including people leadership and management, technical accounting leadership, improving internal control process, and leading various financial controlling related projects/initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience in Finance & Accounting
• At least 5 years experience in people leadership position
• USGAAP and JGAAP skills (USCPA and/or JCPA preferred)
• Proficient in SOX and internal control frameworks
• Strong knowledge of ERP system, accounting processes, and Excel skills
