Job Description
The UX Designer II plays a key role in creating intuitive, modern experiences for customers by blending strong visual design, UX best practices, business understanding, and collaborative problem-solving. The role requires working closely with front-end developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
Requirements
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing interfaces
- Participate in design critiques and apply feedback to strengthen solutions
- Develop and maintain consistent design and interface style guides
- Partner with UI Developers to build and maintain pattern libraries and reusable components
- Create interactive prototypes using tools such as InVision or Figma
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs align with strategy, processes, and the TD SYNNEX voice
- Lead user research activities and use data, usability feedback, and insights to validate and refine designs
- Develop project plans, manage design activities, and collaborate with leadership on project status
