Warehouse Operative - Goods In

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are received, stored, picked, and packed to the highest standard, supporting the smooth running of our warehouse operations every day.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience
• Manual handling training to be provided
• Total customer satisfaction (internally and externally)
• Conscientious, reliable, with good attendance and timekeeping standards
• Honest, trustworthy, able to work unsupervised
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Keen to learn and acquire new skills, responds positively to feedback
• Demonstrates initiative and contributes ideas
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving without cutting corners
• Good understanding of, and commitment to, safe working practices
• Positive team player
• Flexible, adaptable, and calm when working under pressure
• Possesses a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and IT competent (MS Office)
• Qualified and competent to operate a Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck (if required)
