Job Description
The Relationship Associate delivers a unique and memorable Member experience by processing account transactions, opening and maintaining deposit accounts, and cross-selling TDECU products and services. They build consumer loan packages, troubleshoot issues, and educate Members on credit union technology and digital solutions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
