The VP Compliance role is a senior leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the institution’s compliance management framework to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor, Master’s in Business Administration, or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive compliance experience in the financial services industry.
- Five years in management roles, leading teams in policy governance and lifecycle management, regulatory complaint resolution, marketing/advertising compliance, monitoring and testing programs, and compliance risk assessments and reporting required.
