Job Description
As a Broadband Technician III, you will perform complex installations, disconnects, and service changes for residential and business customers, including FTTH and support PON/Metro E. This role performs advanced troubleshooting from the tap to the customer's electronic devices (TV, DVD, Modem etc.).
Requirements
- 2+ years technical telecommunications experience
- 1+ year of basic fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing and repair, installation and repair, or switch training
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
