ADVANCED QUALITY ENGINEER

Leads reviews and strategies to ensure that all products meet quality standards. Develops Quality System for New Products and product changes from component to assembly within a Product Development team, and monitors and guides the Product Development team to ensure Advanced Quality Planning is used in the development process.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Quality control experience in cable assembly/connector / Socket or relevant industry
• Good written and oral English communication
• Understand the ISO 9001 quality system
• Be good at SPC, DMEA, MSA,7-QC tools, and other advanced statistical quality tools
• Understand GD&T's definition and requirements
• Be good at APQP procedures and requirements
• Be familiar with EIA-364 test procedures
• Ability to foster teamwork and internal and external relationships
• Excellent organizational habits and priority management
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality
