AI Architect (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Senior AI and Technology leader with proven experience designing scalable architecture and enabling rapid AI execution in large, matrixed, and regulated organizations. The ideal candidate combines strong architectural depth with practical delivery focus, and has a track record of translating emerging AI capabilities into enterprise-ready solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading enterprise architecture, digital platforms, data, in global, matrixed organizations
• Proven experience in AI architecture, cloud/data platform design, or enterprise solution architecture
• Experience defining technical standards and guardrails for emerging technologies in complex environments
• Experience enabling rapid experimentation and PoCs while maintaining enterprise discipline
• Strong background in architecture, integration, data platforms, APIs, security, and scalable technology delivery
• Experience in regulated, industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or similarly complex businesses strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success partnering across architecture, engineering, data, security, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
