Requirements

• Performing basic repairs to grounds, facilities, or physical assets, calibrating, troubleshooting, and referring more complex maintenance work to appropriately skilled employees.
• Collaborating with the first-line technicians in resolving difficulties, and performing tasks, such as cleaning, or basic landscaping, to maintain the appearance of the organization's property.
• Ensuring standard protocols are followed to implement processes, adhering to blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
