CO-OP/INTERN

Requirements

• Collecting, processing, verifying and reporting admin related-information to the vertical head.
• Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and entry of information into databases; typing and distributing memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
• Managing visitors and providing them relevant information.
• Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeping them up-to-date.
