Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Analyst III establishes program metrics, monitors programs and projects to improve products and processes, and aligns them with business strategies. The role involves leading and coordinating Tebit and KAIZEN projects to deliver validated financial savings and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
- College degree or above
- Strong proficiency in English, including excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in project management, including leading or coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong logical thinking and analytical capability
- Good data analysis and presentation skills
