Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Analyst IV will support the site to create the annual lean plan, identify key improvement priorities, and implement enhanced TEOA system to enhance site performance. They will also conduct workshops and lead TEOA / lean know-how transfer projects to implement, optimize, and solve specific problems in operation.
Requirements
- Support site to create the annual lean plan, identify key improvement priorities to enhance site performance
- To implement enhanced TEOA system in plant and achieve TEOA Star level plant through improvement activity
- Conduct workshops and Lead TEOA / lean know-how transfer projects, to implement, optimize and solve specific problems in operation
- Deliver TEOA trainings / lean trainings (e.g. TEOA Basics, Bootcamp training)
- Willing to burden high pressure
- Management experiences or with high potential
- Good team work and stronger communication skill
