CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST I

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver value to our small and medium customers while resolving all their inquiries. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and be able to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills and able to interact with internal and external partners
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in manufacturing customer support environment
