Job Description
Create and maintain forecast models, prepare S&OP Master file, gather Sales forecast and USP, review and analyze IBP forecast, and monitor inventory levels. Responsibilities include maintaining Material Master, preparing demand management materials, raising Capacity Check requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Prepare S&OP Master file and gather Sales forecast and USP
- Review and analyze the IBP forecast versus the Sales Forecast and Target
- Prepare and analyze Forecast Accuracy for collaboration with Sales team
- Monitor inventory, non-active parts, EOL parts and allocation parts
- Maintenance of Material Master
- Preparation of demand management materials for monthly ASEAN S&OP meetings
- Raise Capacity Check request in the system and follow up feedback with source
