EH&S ANALYST

TE Connectivity in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an EHS Analyst to lead the development, review, and implementation of safety rules, programs, and policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the field. The EHS Analyst will be responsible for identifying and communicating EHS issues, assisting in the resolution of issues, and promoting a culture of safety and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Health, and Safety, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
• 2 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation
• CPR, First Aid and BBP (Bloodborne Pathogens)
• Safety Management in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment
• Improving safety practices and occupational injury and/or illness reduction
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key safety and sustainability metrics
• Leading internal audits and representing the site during corporate assessments
• Promoting a strong safety and environmental culture
• Developing and implementing internal and global EHS policies
