Field Application Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Field Application Engineer to support our customers in the wireless and data communications market, with a focus on Germany and Sweden, as well as additional European markets. The role involves approximately 30% travel and requires strong technical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and distribution partners
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and product concepts
• Support and influence new product development (NPD/NPI) processes
• Provide application support, product recommendations, and design-in guidance
• Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) sessions to capture market needs
• Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering to secure wins
• Support technical issue resolution in partnership with internal teams
• Monitor industry trends and standards to help shape future solutions
