Job Description
Job Overview: Gathers financial information, analyzes them, and prepares financial reports that contribute to the plant's strategic decision-making. Requirements: Maintain and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead. Perform cost roll-ups for bill of materials (BOM) and routing updates. Analyze and report on purchase price variances (PPV), usage variances, and manufacturing variances.
Requirements
- Maintain and update standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
- Perform cost roll-ups for bill of materials (BOM) and routing updates.
- Analyze and report on purchase price variances (PPV), usage variances, and manufacturing variances.
- Support cost per unit analysis.
- Monitor and validate inventory transactions (raw materials, WIP, and finished goods) in SAP.
- Reconcile inventory balances and investigate discrepancies.
- Support physical inventory counting and cycle counting activities.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to improve inventory accuracy.
