Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Munich & Stuttgart area, Germany. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Economic, finance, or Accounting and proven work experience as an Operations Analyst in manufacturing company or similar role (min 3-5 years).

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, or Accounting
• Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst in manufacturing company or similar role (min 3-5 years)
• Fast learner and ability to also work independently
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines, proactive, organized and results oriented strong continuous improvement mindset focused on generating information and recommendations, not just data
• Culturally sensitive and comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
• Proactive, hardworking, good communication, execution, detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required with advanced Excel skills, Power BI would be an advantage
• Must be proficient in the English language. German would be an advantage
