Financial & Reporting Analyst

The Financial & Reporting Analyst will provide analytical support to the Controlling team in the critical areas of Business Reporting for India P&L, Order to Cash Analytics, and Statutory Accounts finalization for Indian Legal Entities. The role will drive automated tech-enabled reporting processes, projection of cash flows from India Businesses, and work closely with Record to Report team for finalization of Stat Accounts and other related Compliance matters.

Requirements

• Regular (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual and Ad-hoc) reporting for India P&L
• Preparation of monthly cash flows and projection of future cash flows based on business drivers
• Preparation and tracking of Working Capital position against predefined metrics; identify and drive improvement initiatives to reduce working capital slippages at Legal Entity level
• Review and own allocation / distribution cycles and track month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter movements vis-à-vis projections
• Preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IND AS and US GAAP
