The FMEA Moderator will play a crucial role in ensuring effective risk identification and reduction across the entire product and process development in the automotive industry. The position is fully remote and to be filled from Germany.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on Design and Process FMEA.
- In-depth knowledge of FMEA methodology and standards (AIAG-VDA, ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proven experience with APIS IQRM Pro FMEA software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German an asset) with the ability to convey technical information to various interest groups clearly.
- Excellent moderation skills with experience leading and moderating cross-functional teams to promote communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Team player with cooperation skills to work effectively across functions and cultures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, lead multiple FMEA sessions, and tackle complex problems.
- Willingness to travel within the EMIA region to support FMEA activities.
