Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• +5 years of experience
• Solid understanding of management model by competences
• Solid understanding of Mexican employment laws, taxes, and Payroll basics
• Advanced level English language, conversational for Global communication/responsabilities
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Understanding of HR analytics techniques
• Solid experience of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee, and union relations
