CIMMYT is looking for an outstanding HR Business Partner to work in the Global Mobility area of the Human Resources department, providing strategic HR advisory services in a global context.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International HR, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
• Deep understanding of onboarding best practices and international HR operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Advanced level of English (written and conversational)
