Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International HR, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Deep understanding of onboarding best practices and international HR operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Advanced level of English (written and conversational)
