HR Business Partner

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, your mission will be to ensure a solid, human, and agile local operation of People & Culture, unloading the global team and maintaining daily processes in the country. You will be a key partner for leaders and colleagues, promoting a high-performance culture, closeness, and real accompaniment, while supporting the growth and continuous expansion of GeoVictoria in Mexico.

What You Will Do

Be the first line of attention for colleagues and leaders in the country: doubts, accompaniment, cultural support, and daily management. Accompany leaders in recruitment processes, monitor vacancies, lead onboarding, execute local payroll, and ensure all local HR processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR working with people and executing payroll processes
• Extra-curricular leadership experiences and organization of activities
• Intermediate-advanced Excel management (Dynamic Tables)
• Use of AI to efficiently manage daily work
• Ability to work in contexts of constant change, with focus and emotional control
• Hands-on profile, oriented to execution and resolution
