HR PARTNER III

The Factory HR Manager will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to the manufacturing plant. The role requires proven expertise in managing blue-collar workforce dynamics and maintaining a stable industrial relations climate.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (mandatory)
• Minimum 12 years of experience in HR roles within medium or large manufacturing/engineering setups
• Strong experience in Union handling, Blue-collar workforce management, Domestic inquiries and ER/IR cases, Court case handling and legal coordination, Statutory and labour law compliance
