INSPECTOR I

The Quality Inspector supports the inspection of products against performance and adherence to standards and customer requirements and ensures product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Read & interpret CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Perform visual & dimensional inspections.
• Ensure parts meet quality requirements.
• Document inspection results, measurements, & acceptance status.
• Scan & file documents for digital copies of LHRs.
• Identify, separate, & document non-conforming material.
• Communicate inspection results & issues to Mfg. & Quality Eng.
• Support first article inspections & quality review activities.
• Maintain proper handling, labeling, & traceability of inspected materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized inspection area.
• Follow all compliance & safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
