Lead Consultant (m/w/d) - SAP FI/CO

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to lead and manage the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration across business processes.

Requirements

• Participate in the design, configuration and implementation of SAP Finance solutions (FI/CO) on TE's S/4HANA platform
• Provide expert guidance in defining finance business requirements, process design, system integration, and end-user support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand finance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Lead SAP Finance transformation initiatives, including migration from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring best practices and compliance with financial regulations
• Develop and manage functional specifications, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs and SAP best practices
• Oversee and conduct system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for all finance-related modules in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing knowledge transfer and training to internal teams and clients
• Provide guidance on SAP FI/CO integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS) and third-party systems
• Lead data migration activities, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
• Prepare documentation, including configuration guides, test plans, and training materials for end-users
• Conduct regular meetings with business leaders and IT teams to track project progress and resolve issues
