Machine Operator I - 1st Shift (Mon - Fri 6am - 2:30pm)

TE Connectivity is hiring a Machine Operator I to produce products in a timely and efficient manner for customers. The role involves setting up and operating machines, reading and understanding blueprints, and communicating with the Quality Department. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, basic computer knowledge, and mechanical aptitude. The role requires continuous standing, moving, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Basic computer knowledge and familiar with Excel
• Read and understand blueprints/drawings
• Mechanical aptitude
• Communicate effectively. Ability to Read, Write and Speak English
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a shop environment
