MAINTENANCE MANAGER (ON-SITE)

The Maintenance Manager (On-Site) role at TE Connectivity is responsible for managing two dedicated PM teams, ensuring production equipment is properly maintained, and developing a PM audit process to achieve desired results. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with a focus on maintaining records, preparing reports, and engaging with outside suppliers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive maintenance and leadership experience, with a strong background in mechanical/electrical/manufacturing technology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive maintenance and leadership experience
• AS Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Technology or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Database administration experience with a CMMS such as Maximo, MP2, Maintenance Connection or eMaint
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Strong knowledge of standards, methods, principles, practices, tools, and equipment used in maintenance trades
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing tools
