MAINTENANCE MECHANIC III - 2nd Shift

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving equipment issues, working independently, and being a key part of a high-performing maintenance team.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical manuals, and instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and logical troubleshooting approach.
• Able to operate facility equipment (compressors, boilers, fire systems, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic math needed for maintenance tasks.
• Proficient using computers, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and documentation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Able to prioritize work based on production needs.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work safely, follow policies, and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Reliable attendance; may require irregular shifts or on-call coverage.
• Proactive in improving skills, job knowledge, and work practices.
