Manager Project Manager Engineering

This is a leadership role in the AD&M PMO, responsible for delivering excellent benefits from complex multi-site and multi-domain programs, supervising project managers, and owning the monthly PAC for the Relays product group.

Requirements

• All aspects of Project Management from opportunity development to project completion
• Leadership of a team of Project Managers in a complex matrixed environment
• Management of the AD&M Relays Project Portfolio
• Risk Management and leadership of Risk Assessment activities
• Development of Project Business Cases alongside the Business Office
• Reporting on Project status and being accountable for project progress against the Plan
• Escalation of issues as applicable and utilisation of project change controls
• Managing and being accountable for a project budget, liaising with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of goods and materials
• Liaising with TE team members, customers, and suppliers globally
