Maschinen- und Anlagenführer Endfertigung (m/w/d)

As a Machine and Equipment Leader Final Finishing, you will be responsible for the production of connectors on assigned equipment, monitoring quality, and performing maintenance work according to the maintenance plan. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, documentation, and independent error analysis.

Requirements

• Completed technical training, preferably as an industrial mechanic, toolmaker, or comparable qualification
• Ideally, experience in series production on fully automated production equipment
• Highly developed awareness of quality, delivery time compliance, productivity, and optimization
• Highly developed awareness in handling production equipment and test tools
• Technical understanding to understand complex relationships (experience in handling pneumatics and sensors)
• Self-responsibility/initiative - ability to explain and communicate occurring errors.
• Handling production pressure (multiple machine operation)
• German in word and writing
• Software knowledge (MS Office, MES system (Hydra), SAP)
